My Story
Hi, I’m Randi Johnson, founder of Strategic Shift LLC.
Based in Canterbury, New Hampshire, I help business owners, nonprofits, and organizations throughout Merrimack County and beyond create the visibility, clarity, and momentum they need to grow.
My background combines marketing, social media strategy, business operations, project leadership, and community engagement. I hold a degree in Marketing and have spent my career helping organizations solve complex challenges, align teams, improve execution, and turn ideas into results.
From leading enterprise business transformation initiatives for global technology companies to supporting local nonprofits and community organizations, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to move from good intentions to meaningful progress.
What I’ve learned is simple: whether you’re running a small business, leading a nonprofit, or managing a large organization, success comes down to having a clear direction, effective systems, and consistent visibility.
